Swimmers and Divers –

We will be leaving the school at 1:10 on the day you are to swim.  We will meet in front of the attendance office then meet the parent drivers (Mrs Westbrook and Mrs. Muller for boys) and (girls Mrs. Jones and Mrs. Petersen)(others are certainly welcome to come drive and eat with us) in the student parking lot.  We will be stopping to eat somewhere like Sweet tomatoes or a sandwich place so bring money so you can eat.  The girls are going to Sweet Tomatoes so they can have a choice of several types of food.  We have to be at the pool by around 3:00-3:15 so we can get settled and ready for warmups (3:50).

Notes for parents -

Please remind your parents of the $3.00 admission fee, $5.00 heat sheet fee and no self standing chairs. Also make sure they know the days and location of each session.  NO ONE will be allowed on the pool deck unless you are working the meet.

Wed. Girls Diving - Mt. Park Pool  - Warmup at 3 meet begins at 4PM-32 Girl divers

Thursday Girls Prelims- West Gwinnett Pool - meet begins at 5PM   approx. end time 7:51 PM- 301 swimmers

Friday Boys Prelims- West Gwinnett Pool - meet begins at 5PM  approx end time 8:03 PM- 324 swimmers

Sat. Boys Diving- Mt. Park Pool  - Warmups at  8 AM- meet begins at 9 AM-28 Boy divers

Sat. FINALS- West Gwinnett Pool- meet begins at 5PM 

Your workers should meet your worker coordinator in the lobby to receive name badges and don't forget your teams stop watches if you have timers.

Doors will not open to the facility until 2:30 PM

 Here is the Gwinnett County Championship shirts that are for sale.  If you would like one (even if you did not swim at county) you can purchse one by bringing Coach Autrey or Coach Wilson the money and your size by the swim meet on Friday.

 If any of you can contribute a bag or two of candy we would really appreciate it.  We give the kids small bags of candy all during the season.

IMPORTANT information for swimming and diving

1.      All paperwork and money is due by Thursday.

2.    Swim suits are coming in either Tuesday or Wednesday (8^th or 9^th).  I will get them to you at the pool.  Those who do not come to practice need to COME TO MY ROOM by Wednesday end of day.

3.    TEAM PICTURES – Thursday 10^th – EVERYONE MUST BE THERE

4.    Saturday – Nov 12^th – our first swim meet – YEA – be at the school by 5:00 – 5:15 – we will pull out by 5:30.  We can not wait for you.  AND YOU CAN NOT DRIVE………

5.     I will give out swim caps on the bus Sat.

6.    Please remember you can not leave the meet until it is over.  We will call parents once we are on the bus to tell them what time to pick you up.

If you can bring in a bag or two of candy that would be very helpful.  We will start giving out the goodies bags next week.

We will be ordering spiritwear starting Wed Oct 19th.  I will hand out forms to the swimmers and divers and also it is here on the website.  Please get your orders back to me BY WEDNESDAY Oct 26th.  I will be placing the order on Thursday. 

Parents if you are interested in ordering spiritwear you can order as much as you would like.

REMEMBER - ALL fees are due by Nov 1st.  We have to send in our registration to the county by Nov 5th.
